Whether you're looking to enhance your skills, connect with peers, or participate in campus traditions, the Event Calendar is your go-to resource for planning your involvement in university life.

Please provide the following details

1. Event Title: The name of your event.

2. Date and Time: Specify the start and end time of the event.

3. Location: Indicate whether the event is virtual or in-person, and include the venue or online platform link.

4. Description: A brief overview of the event, including its purpose, target audience, and key highlights.

5. Organizer Information: Include the name of the organizing department, club, or individual, along with contact information.

6. Event Type: Specify the category, such as academic, social, cultural, or professional development.

7. Registration Details: Provide a link or instructions for event sign-ups, if required.

Submit your event details via the Event Submission Form on our website or email them to calendar@uij.ca. Events will be reviewed and added to the calendar upon approval.
