Increase higher education and scientific research among racialized groups
Provide exceptional academic mentoring, advocacy and support services to visible minority students, and facilitate their adaptation to the rigors of higher education
Support recruitment and performance activities for visible minorities and low-income and historically underrepresented students
Offer varied and relevant study programs that meet the needs of the job market and prepare students for successful careers
Encourage action research and academic innovation in key areas, encouraging collaboration between students and faculty
